Refund Policy for IPTV Smarters :

At IPTV Smarters, our commitment is to provide you with the best IPTV service and ensure your satisfaction. However, we understand that our subscription plans may not always be a perfect fit for everyone. If you’re not entirely pleased with your purchase or encounter an issue that renders our system unusable and we’re unable to resolve it, we’re more than willing to offer a refund.

Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund request, kindly note your transaction order ID and send an email to myiptvs2@myiptvsmarters.co.uk with the subject line “Request for Refund.” In your email, outline the challenges you’re facing and provide the rationale behind your refund request. In certain instances, we may request additional evidence, and we’ll also furnish you with relevant information and evidence to transparently explain our decision.

Refund Conditions : 

We kindly ask you to permit us to adequately address any technical concerns before seeking a refund. If we’re unable to resolve your problem within 7 days, we’ll proceed with a refund. Refunds can exclusively be processed within 7 days of the purchase date. After the initial week, no refunds can be accommodated. If your payment was made via a credit card, the refund process typically takes 20 to 31 working days for the funds to be reinstated to your bank account. Yet, in certain scenarios, it might take up to 90 days for refunds to finalize. Please note that we lack control over these timelines and delays, as we function as the IPTV service provider and not the payment provider. Complete refunds will be granted only for purchases made within 7 days; for other refund requests, we’ll issue a partial refund based on the used subscription period. Our support team will communicate with users for all refund matters.

Kindly note that the refund processing period of 20 to 90 working days is beyond our control, governed by our payment processors. We’re committed to promptly refunding users upon receipt of the request and verification of user information.

Refunds won’t be facilitated, or partial refunds won’t be granted if:

  • The customer is dissatisfied with the channel lineup or performance. We strongly urge customers to trial our version before committing to a 1 to 12-month package.
  • The user struggles to set up their personal box and system. While we provide strong support for setups, we may be constrained by specific user setups, devices, and systems.
  • Certain channels experience freezing, buffering, or intermittent disruptions. Despite our efforts to maintain steady servers, sporadic issues may arise due to various reasons.

If a user is unable to access their IPTV subscription for 48 hours or more due to server issues or problems caused by us, we’ll either fully refund the package cost or extend the subscription for free by the lost duration. Additionally, extra bonuses might be offered, subject to case-by-case negotiation.
